Organization of Public Contracts

We can arrange organization of public contracts (eg. in connection with obtaining grants from EU funds) and public tenders for the contracting authority.

We offer consulting for public contract applicants throughout the range of the process:

• recommendations on how to set the procurement procedure;
• consulting in drawing up the terms of procurement procedures with the client, or with the responsible personnel of the grant provider;
• processing the documents for public contracts, including their announcement and publication;
• provision of tender documentation to the applicants;
• support to the commissions;
• processing and publication of the documents on results of the tender;
• reports on results of procurement procedure and its completion;
• completion of the documentation for archiving;
• assistance in preparation of the contracts with the chosen tenderer;
• in the case the objections to a draw up are raised we offer elaboration of the documents requested by the supervisors and the implementation of the imposed measures.

For the public sector and subsidized contractors we also carry out an audit of realized public contracts.

For applicants we offer assistance in the preparation of offers to obtain public contracts.
